Job description
Drive efficiency and inventory management as a Maintenance Planner at Weyburn Plant. This versatile role focuses on maintenance scheduling and resource coordination for optimal operations.

You'll be a vital part of the maintenance department, developing maintenance plans and managing the parts inventory. This role requires strong organizational skills to schedule work seamlessly while ensuring resources are in place. A proactive approach to collaboration with teams and maintaining documentation will help achieve production goals.

Key Responsibilities: • Organize and coordinate maintenance activities effectively • Create detailed work orders based on schedule • Track and order spare parts efficiently • Maintain daily records and key performance indicators • Assist in purchasing and sourcing services

Requirements: • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field • Proven experience as a maintenance planner • Strong understanding of machine and electrical components • Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and CAD tools • Good safety practices knowledge in maintenance environments
