Job description
Lead engineering projects in the mining sector with Worley in Vancouver, British Columbia. This full-time role requires expertise in multi-discipline engineering and project management.

As a Project Engineering Manager, you will oversee Pre-Feasibility, Feasibility, FEED, and Detailed engineering phases. You will ensure project goals are met while leading engineering teams, focusing on integrity, quality, budget, and schedules. The role also involves collaboration with the client, ensuring alignment with safety and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Plan and coordinate multi-discipline engineering design assignments • Ensure compliance with codes and standards in engineering activities • Manage change processes and technical scope documentation • Conduct technical peer reviews as per Worley standards • Promote collaboration and digital tool usage in project delivery

Requirements: • Extensive senior-level mining industry experience • Strong leadership and mentoring skills • Recognized Engineering degree with P.Eng. registration • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 3D modeling tools • Commitment to health, safety, and environment standards
