Lead the HR strategy at an innovative pharmaceutical facility in Arnprior, Ontario, as the Director of Human Resources. Drive recruitment, employee development, and maintain operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
This fully on-site role involves a strategic leadership position during significant growth, overseeing a talented team of HR professionals. Collaborate closely with leadership to forecast workforce needs and ensure a robust recruitment strategy that aligns with company culture and technical skill requirements.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs • Lead recruitment for top-tier talent and cultural alignment • Implement onboarding and leadership development programs • Cultivate relationships to promote a culture of trust • Streamline HR policies and compliance processes
Requirements: • Proven HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing • Expertise in labour laws and HR best practices • Strong communication and coaching skills • Experience with HRIS systems, particularly ADP • Positive approach to teamwork and operational improvements
