Job description
Join Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation as a Manager of Employee Relations, focusing on strategic labour initiatives and health programs. This role enhances organizational culture in a unionized environment.

In this position, you will lead all aspects of employee and labour relations while directly supporting the People and Culture team. Your strategic insights will guide collective bargaining and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also lead a dedicated team to foster collaborative relationships within the organization and with union representatives.

Key Responsibilities: • Guide grievance management and workplace investigations • Provide strategic counsel on employee relations challenges • Participate in collective bargaining processes • Cultivate relationships with union and internal stakeholders • Oversee safety program compliance and training

Requirements: • Relevant degree in Human Resources or Labour Relations • Extensive experience in unionized employee relations • Proven track record in grievance and collective bargaining • Knowledgeable about occupational health and safety legislation • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
