Job description
Elevate your career as a General Manager II at DHL Supply Chain, driving warehouse efficiency and team success. This pivotal role emphasizes leadership in optimizing operations across multiple facilities.

In this position, you will oversee day-to-day activities within the warehouse, ensuring accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of goods. Your strategic vision will be crucial in developing processes that minimize costs and maximize productivity. You will lead a team of Operations Managers, fostering a strong team culture while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily warehouse operations for efficiency • Develop strategies to enhance warehouse productivity • Lead and mentor Operations Managers and staff • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and policies • Utilize WMS and technology for performance tracking

Requirements: • 5+ years managerial experience required • 2+ years in supply chain or distribution • Experience in Third Party Logistics preferred • Strong P&L management knowledge preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
