Job Title: Program Manager

Location: US or Ontario Canada (Ontario preferred)

Employment Type: Full-Time


About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to support and drive strategic cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in consulting, business operations, analytics, or program/project management who thrive in fast-paced environments and can quickly adapt to complex business challenges.

As a Program Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership and multiple business teams to bring structure, visibility, and execution excellence to high-impact programs.


Key Responsibilities

Program Planning & Execution

  • Support planning, execution, and tracking of strategic domestic and international programs.
  • Define and monitor program objectives, milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Maintain program governance frameworks, risk tracking, and delivery plans.
  • Ensure alignment between business priorities and program outcomes.

Workstream Coordination

  • Evaluate ongoing workstreams and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Help establish new workstreams, including ownership, scope definition, and reporting cadence.
  • Coordinate across teams including Data & Analytics, Marketing, MarTech, Legal, and Operations to ensure smooth execution.

Communication & Reporting

  • Prepare executive-level program updates, dashboards, presentations, and status reports.
  • Consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders into clear summaries, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Facilitate planning meetings and cross-functional working sessions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with business and technical teams to align priorities and execution.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables for analytics and technical teams.
  • Coordinate reporting and analytics requests to support data-driven decisions.


Required Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Strategy Consulting, Business Operations, Analytics, or related fields.
  • Prior experience working in top-tier consulting firms or fast-paced corporate environments preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly learn new business domains and adapt in dynamic environments.
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with analytics, reporting, or operational programs.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and stakeholder reporting.
  • Strong presentation and executive communication skills.
