Job description
Elevate your career with WSP as a Geotechnical Engineering Leader in Northern Ontario. Manage pioneering projects, mentor engineers, and integrate advanced technologies to enhance infrastructure solutions.

WSP is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to drive project management and strategic growth within the Ground Engineering team. Your role will encompass overseeing site investigations, conducting analyses, and preparing comprehensive reports for major projects. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to emerging professionals to foster innovation and excellence in the field.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead complex geotechnical projects ensuring client satisfaction • Conduct and supervise advanced geotechnical analyses • Design and review geotechnical recommendations for infrastructure • Mentor and develop junior engineering talent • Drive business development through proposals and client presentations

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering; Master's is a plus • P.Eng. in Ontario is required • Minimum 10 years of geotechnical engineering expertise • Proficient in geotechnical software and design tools • Strong skills in technical writing and leading teams
