Job description
Drive people strategy and operations as a High-Growth People Director. Lead HR functions, enhance performance management, and cultivate a strong organizational culture. This on-site leadership role is essential for establishing a modern People function aligned with strategic business goals. You will oversee HR operations across two countries and implement tools for tracking performance metrics while engaging with senior leaders on vital people decisions. The role emphasizes talent acquisition and workforce planning to support ambitious hiring targets. Key Responsibilities: • Scale a modern People function with best practices • Lead organizational effectiveness and performance frameworks • Own HR operations and ensure legal compliance • Design recruiting processes to meet hiring goals • Foster a high-performance culture aligned with values Requirements: • 8+ years in HR leadership • 3+ years in team management • Background in high-growth organizations • Familiarity with compliance for cross-border HR • CHRL or CHRP designation is mandatory Shape the future of people operations by aligning HR strategy with organizational growth, fostering a vibrant workplace, and enhancing employee engagement and performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
