Job description
Become a pivotal part of St. Joseph’s Health Centre Guelph as an Applications Analyst. Excel in the support and development of tailored applications in a dynamic healthcare environment.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a relevant clinical field, along with three to five years of experience in supporting packaged and custom applications. You will play a crucial role in liaising with end-users, analyzing requirements, and recommending innovative solutions to enhance departmental operations and achieve high application performance.
Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary contact for issue resolution • Participate in Application Support teams to drive collaboration • Support IT projects with data and configuration changes • Create and maintain documentation for specific applications • Analyze system capacity for optimal performance
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field • 3-5 years experience in applications support • Proficient in reporting tools like Crystal Reports • Knowledge of relational database systems • Experience with EMR and ERP platforms
