Insight Global is seeking an SAP Analyst to support a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. This role will act as the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and PM Material Master role owner, responsible for corporate SAP PM configuration and integration with other SAP modules. The resource will coordinate SAP PM processes to ensure efficient operations, adherence to corporate standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role will also oversee PM master data activities within Engineering Services and provide training and ongoing SAP PM support to users.
Job Responsibilities:
As the role owner of SAP:
· PM / PM Material Master roles – manage the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of the computerized maintenance management system for maintenance and repair operations.
· Act as the key liaison between functional teams and SCM, supporting issue resolution, process definition, coordination of system changes, and validation using defined protocols.
· Ensure training materials are current and deliver SAP PM and business process training to staff.
· Enforce defined processes through audit procedures and maintain current Process Context Maps, SOPs, and Work Instructions.
· Support functional-area business measurements and provide assistance for mdoc assessments and other SAP-related activities as required.
As the Consultant of Plant Maintenance Engineering:
· Actively participate in Change Control and non-GMP change request processes and serve as the primary SAP PM contact for Engineering-related projects.
· Coordinate the creation and maintenance of accurate SAP PM master data, ensuring consistency with site, departmental, and corporate standards and adherence to change control processes.
· Provide guidance on maintenance tracking codes to support equipment history, reporting, and trend analysis.
· Review, create, submit, and update master data, configurations, SOPs, Work Instructions, and Training Materials related to SAP PM and PM Material Master.
· Ensure all CMMS activities comply with SOP and GMP requirements and provide reporting and recommendations on maintenance program compliance and gaps.
· Support documentation management for regulatory compliance, work collaboratively and safely, and demonstrate organisational values of Integrity, Courage, Teamwork, and Innovation.
· Ensure compliance with all ethics, quality, safety, environmental, and HR policies, and perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Post-secondary education in a computer science field or 3-5 years working experience in a computerized maintenance management system (preferably SAP PM)
· Demonstrated ability, through previous work experience in managing large department maintenance planning activities.
· Demonstrated ability to design develop and deliver working group/focus group training
· Experienced in implementing and maintaining an integrated computerized maintenance management system (preferably SAP PM).
· Must demonstrate excellent knowledge of business / resource planning in managing maintenance activities in a constantly changing, fast paced environment.
· Demonstrated proficiency with various desktop computer software packages including Microsoft Office.
· Displays strong analytical, presentation, problem solving, planning and organizational skills. Good interpersonal skills, demonstrates initiative, self-motivation and effective communication skills (verbal and written)
