Job description
Drive donor engagement as a Gift Processing Coordinator, ensuring accuracy in charitable contributions and database management. This role emphasizes collaboration with Fund Development for enhanced donor stewardship.

As the Data and Gift Processing Coordinator, you will report to the Finance Manager and work closely with various teams to uphold donor records' integrity. A core focus of this position is to ensure timely acknowledgment of donations, maintaining transparency and consistency. Your contribution is key to fostering strong relationships and supporting fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities: • Record donations accurately received through various methods • Manage and update the donor database routinely • Produce timely tax receipts and acknowledgment letters • Aid in the reconciliation of donation records • Respond efficiently to donor inquiries and communication

Requirements: • High school diploma; postsecondary in finance is advantageous • 3 years’ experience in data entry or administrative tasks • Knowledge of donor databases, especially Raiser’s Edge NXT • Excellent detail orientation and confidentiality skills • Ability to work across departments collaboratively
