Job description
Lead a high-performing team at WPP Media as the Group Director of Programmatic Solutions. Drive growth and deliver advanced digital solutions for diverse clients in this client-facing leadership role.

The Group Director will oversee a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality programmatic campaigns. In addition to managing Associate Directors, you will evaluate client briefings and budgets to identify cross-channel opportunities. This role demands deep programmatic expertise and strong presentation skills to excel in new business environments and drive incremental revenue.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the Programmatic Solutions team across various client portfolios • Oversee and develop a team of Associate Directors • Evaluate client briefs and budgets for cross-channel opportunities • Drive incremental revenue through existing client relationships • Build presentations for clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements: • Strong background in programmatic media and digital solutions • Proven experience leading teams and partnering with senior clients • Significant client-facing and presentation experience • Commercial mindset to identify growth opportunities • Expertise in DSPs and the programmatic ecosystem
