Job description
Drive success as a Store Manager at Bumper to Bumper in Port Hawkesbury, NS. Leverage your automotive aftermarket parts expertise for enhanced customer focus and store performance.

We are seeking a dynamic, self-starting Store Manager to lead our Port Hawkesbury location. You will be responsible for P&L management, profitability, and executing strategic improvements. Your ability to develop relationships and manage a high-performing team will be critical as you ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: • Increase sales by building customer relationships • Manage P&L and store performance objectives • Conduct internal audits and participate in leadership assessments • Implement staffing improvements and manage payroll costs • Lead a motivated team and drive effective training

Requirements: • Previous Store Management experience preferred • Solid understanding of P&Ls and business drivers • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Valid driver’s license required • Knowledge of inventory control processes
