Job description
Lead impactful insights as Manager of Customer Analytics at Jobber. Drive analytics across post-sales journeys and enhance customer experiences for small service businesses.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for steering a high-performing team of analysts focused on customer engagement and retention. Your leadership will help elevate Jobber's post-sales analytics, driving insights that enhance onboarding, support, and account management. Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure a data-informed approach that optimizes customer value and reduces churn.
