Job description
Lead the Corporate Banking sector at BMO as MD & Head, focusing on client relationships and corporate lending. You'll manage complex transactions, support teams, and improve performance.

As a senior leader within BMO's Global Financial Institutions Group, this role emphasizes structuring and negotiating corporate lending transactions while fostering a high-performance culture. You will oversee both junior and senior bankers, providing vital support across five industry groups including Asset & Wealth Managers and Insurance. Your expertise will be essential in risk management and client relations, making an impact on the bank's overall success.

Key Responsibilities: • Support the origination and structuring of lending transactions • Oversee credit underwriting and documentation processes • Conduct due diligence and comprehensive credit analysis • Monitor client portfolios and industry regulatory changes • Collaborate with multiple teams to achieve business goals

Requirements: • 10+ years in corporate banking or investment banking • Strong knowledge of lending and portfolio management • Preferred MBA, CFA, or equivalent experience • Expert analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication
