Job description
Lead integration strategies as a Technical Customer Success Manager. Foster effective deployments that maximize customer value and enhance integration efficiency in real-world settings.

This technical advisory role focuses on supporting customer integration journeys, from design validation to post-deployment success. Partnering with clients, you will mitigate risks, analyze usage patterns, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your efforts will drive sustainable adoption and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct structured reviews of integration progress • Recommend optimized integration patterns for stability • Resolve issues in client environments hands-on • Activate underutilized accounts through support • Define effective engagement models based on customer needs

Requirements: • 4–7 years of enterprise SaaS integration experience • Strong skills in client communication and stakeholder management • Knowledgeable in APIs, JSON, and technical troubleshooting • Ability to think critically in challenging environments • Manage multiple engagements from a remote setting
