Job description
Drive excellent user support as a Technical Support Analyst. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 onsite assistance while managing a variety of technical issues and solutions.

In this mid-level role, you will focus on resolving end-user technical challenges promptly and professionally. You'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure the highest level of documentation and issue resolution. Being bilingual in English and French is a plus in enhancing communication and reach.

Key Responsibilities: • Support end-users with technical issues onsite • Monitor and manage ticketing systems for efficiency • Document resolutions and maintain knowledge articles • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex issues

Requirements: • 4–5 years of relevant technical support experience • Degree in IT or Computer Science preferred • Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple platforms • Familiarity with Active Directory and network basics • Strong commitment to customer service excellence
