Job description
Join the fight against food waste as a Bilingual Customer Experience Advocate. This Ontario-based remote role emphasizes inspirational customer engagement and the promotion of sustainable practices.

You will report to the Customer Experience Team Lead, acting as a trusted liaison for users and partners. With your fluency in English and French, you will provide friendly and efficient customer support while fostering a community committed to sustainability. Your focus will be on enhancing the user experience and encouraging positive behavior through informative communication.

Key Responsibilities: • Address customer inquiries through various communication channels • Interact with users on social media for timely resolutions • Proactively engage customers experiencing priority issues • Help create inspiring processes for sustainable actions • Gather and communicate user feedback for continual improvement

Requirements: • Experience in Customer Service or Account Management • Fluent in English and French for communication purposes • Located in Ontario with a flexible work schedule • Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce or SAP • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
