As Manager, Appraisal Relations, you will oversee the organization’s appraisal process to ensure fair, accurate, and timely performance assessments. This role involves coordinating and managing internal appraisers, maintaining scheduling efficiency, and ensuring the integrity of FCT’s appraisal systems to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements within the Valuation product suite.As a Manager, Appraisal Relations
