Job description
Enhance enterprise customer experiences as a Customer Success Manager. Lead complex customer engagements, guide onboarding, and facilitate product adoption throughout the client lifecycle in a remote-first setting. This role is designed for a dynamic professional who excels in managing strategic partnerships with large enterprises. You will ensure successful project execution while building trust and collaboration across executive teams. Your responsibilities will include facilitating product adoption and proactively identifying growth opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Manage key enterprise customer interactions and relationships • Oversee full onboarding and tailored implementation plans • Collaborate on development projects with internal teams • Track performance metrics and identify upsell opportunities • Provide support and analyze customer feedback Requirements: • 5+ years in enterprise customer success roles • Experience in startup or SaaS environments • Strong project management and communication skills • Ability to drive customer outcomes and value realization • Skilled at navigating complex situations with ease Leverage your expertise in customer success to transform enterprise relationships through exceptional service and strategic execution. #J-18808-Ljbffr
