  • Support vision inspection systems for pinhole detection and quality control
  • Maintain conveyors, robotics, and case packers in the packaging area
  • Assist maintenance, production, and engineering teams with active troubleshooting

Preventive, Predictive and Reliability Centered Maintenance

  • Execute PM programs on automation and instrumentation
  • Analyze downtime trends and implement corrective actions
  • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for process and equipment failures
  • Recommend automation upgrades to improve uptime and efficiency

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all work complies with Ontario Electrical Safety Code and plant safety standards
  • Work in compliance with GMP and ISO 13485 requirements
  • Participate in lockout/tagout procedures
  • Support audits and documentation for regulated medical device production

Continuous Improvement

  • Work with Engineering and CI teams on process optimization
  • Assist with new equipment commissioning and line start-ups
  • Improve reliability of dipping line speed, temperature consistency, and defect detection

May include other related duties as required, provided such duties are reasonable and consistent with the employee’s qualifications and role responsibilities.
