Job Description

Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will engage in the formation of copper wires and coils, involving significant manual labor and precision. As part of your role, you will have the opportunity to explore various positions within the facility, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our operations. After a three-month contract, successful candidates will transition to a permanent role, aligning with the position they excelled in.

Responsibilities

• Form copper wires and coils with precision and attention to detail.
• Engage in manual labor and forming tasks within the facility.
• Rotate through different roles to gain a broad understanding of operations.
• Tape electric discharge tape around coils, requiring meticulous attention to detail.
• Operate CNC machines to support production processes.

Essential Skills

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience, particularly in copper and general production environments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in machine operation.
• Skills in setup and changeover processes.
• Familiarity with NEMA testing and quality verification.
• Ability to coordinate production activities.

Work Environment

Join a dynamic team of 20-30 people working in a collaborative environment. We offer first shift hours from 6 am to 2 pm and third shift hours from 10 pm to 6 am. Our facility is equipped with advanced tools and technologies to support your success. Dress comfortably as you will be engaged in hands-on tasks.
