In this role, you will shape the global digital measurement foundation that enables our brand, digital and regional marketing teams to scale with clarity, quality, and long‑term resilience. You will have the opportunity to build new structures, processes, and capabilities across marketing measurement and digital analytics. You will gain exposure to complex cross‑functional initiatives and global market dynamics. Along the way, you will help solve challenges such as aligning diverse teams around shared frameworks, establishing new ways of working, and navigating a rapidly evolving digital landscape. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
Meet Your Future Team
You’ll join a newly formed and rapidly growing Global Digital Marketing and Measurement team focused on elevating the Arc’teryx digital ecosystem and enabling best‑in‑class global consumer experiences. Our collective work spans Growth Marketing, AI Enablement, and Measurement infrastructures, partnering with cross‑functional teams to build scalable frameworks that power long‑term brand and business growth.
Core Activities
- Advancing Arc’teryx digital marketing measurement maturity by leveraging advanced attribution, incrementality, and media mix modeling frameworks and applying them to business strategies in partnership with Analytics & Experimentation teams.
- Leading data science engagements for marketing purposes by providing expertise in best practices and collaborating on solutions.
- Harnessing Arc’teryx marketing data to drive business insights and building a feedback loop to cross‑functional teams.
- Building a standardized process for paid digital experimentation and growth by partnering with the Experimentation team and leading learning agendas, sharing insights across regions, and implementing best practices to maximize customer acquisition and incremental ROAS.
- Leading analytics implementation team to support Digital Commerce business needs and build for long‑term growth ambitions.
- Auditing and building an implementation plan for Digital Marketing platforms to ensure signal resilience and scalability.
- Evolving necessary digital foundation tools and infrastructure to support advanced marketing strategies such as new customer bidding, offline data bidding, profitability, and incrementality.
Future Projects
- Creating a best‑in‑class measurement foundation to provide data‑driven full funnel investment frameworks and scale digital marketing profitably in established and emerging markets.
- Auditing, maintaining, and onboarding technology and tools to position Digital Marketing programs for long‑term success.
- Establishing key measurement values and building the necessary data foundation and analytics implementation to truly deliver business outcomes.
- Building global measurement and digital technology playbooks for use in facilitating regional growth.
Qualifications
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in digital media and marketing, advertising sales, media analytics, or consulting.
- Advanced knowledge of the strategy and implementation of measurement tools such as incrementality, attribution systems, and media mix modeling with a proven track record of applying them to business problems.
- Deep understanding of business needs and experience designing measurement solutions for a range of business sizes and goals.
- Experience with marketing analytics, 3P analytics platforms, and web analytics (Adobe/GA4).
- Strong ability to operate independently and advise organizations on structural and procedural needs linked to objectives.
- Excellent communication skills with proven experience in distilling complex data analysis and insights into digestible narratives.
- Ability to influence and guide organizational levels from day‑to‑day to C‑suite.
- Proactive in identifying root causes of issues and developing solutions.
- Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.
- Effective balance of autonomy and collaboration.

$126,000 - $165,000 a year
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$126,000 - CAD$165,000 at the time of this posting.
