L’assembleur final est responsable de l'assemblage final des chariots et de l’équipements pour le service alimentaire aérien des clients dans le secteur désigné assemblage final. Chaque groupe de chariots et équipements est assemblé selon le type et la taille de l’aéronef pour lequel ils seront utilisés. Un assembleur final peut assembler jusqu'à 100 vols par quart de travail, soit individuellement ou équipes Les fonctions de l' Assembleur Final incluent les suivantes : • Vérification de la facture de vol – l'employé examine les factures de vol pour déterminer quels éléments sont requis pour chaque vol. La hauteur d’un chariot est de 36 pouces de haut, ce qui peut obliger l'ouvrier à se pencher légèrement pour valider et vérifier les tablettes du bas. Cette activité est effectuée de façon intermittente tout au cours du quart de travail et le fléchissement n'est pas nécessaire pour de longues périodes. • Assemblage et vérification des vols – Les chariots sont amenés à la zone d’assemblage par différents départements tel Assemblage

& Empaquetage, Prélèvement & Emballage (Bar et Boutique) et de Galley

L’assembleur organise les chariots selon le numéro de vol. *Des casques d’écoute, et des sacs sont ajoutés, selon les spécification client, aux chariots pour compléter le vol. Une fois vérifié selon les spécifications du client et confirmé sécuritaire, l’assembleur final scellera et appliquera les cadenas selon la réglementation. Le vol entièrement assemblé et vérifie sera poussé dans la chambre froide en attendant la récupération. Le travailleur marque le vol comme terminé sur la tablette SACS ou sur une planche dans la zone d’assemblage final. Exigences spécifiques au poste : doit avoir une grande attention aux détails, doit être capable d’organiser son travail afin de faire plusieurs choses à la fois dans un court lapse de temps doit être capable d'interagir avec les clients de manière professionnelle Nos employés doivent être capables de : travailler un emploi du temps assigné incluant plusieurs horaires, week-ends et jours fériés, faire des heures supplémentaires lorsque nécessaire, arriver à l'heure au travail, passer une vérification des antécédents criminels, compléter des documents papier ou digital, communiquer avec les superviseurs et collègues, suivre les directives, travailler en équipe Exigences environnementales : Être exposé à des variations extrêmes de température et au bruit Être capable de soulever, pousser, tirer et déplacer des aliments, équipements et fournitures jusqu'à 50 livres Être debout régulièrement, se plier, soulever et se déplacer de façon intermittente lors de quarts de 8+ heures Compétences démontrées pour réussir dans ce poste : •

The Final Assembler is responsible for the final assembly and verification of trolleys and equipment for the airline catering Each group of trolleys is assembled according to the type and size of the aircraft for which they are being used. A Final Assembler may assemble up to 100 flights per shift working either as a team. The duties of the Final Assembler include the following : •Checking flight bill – the worker reviews the flight bills to determine what items are required for each flight. The trolley as a

height is 36 inches high, which may require the worker to bend slightly to verify the bottom shelfs. This activity is done intermittently throughout the day and the bending is not required for any prolonged periods of time. •Assembling flights –trolleys are brought over to the assembly area by the make & pack department, some will be provided by the pick& pack department and other equipment by the galley department. The assembler stages the trolleys according to flight number. *Headsets, hampers and satchels are added, as requested, to the trolleys to complete the flight. Once verified as per customer specification and confirmed safe and secure the final assembler will seal and apply locks as per regulation. Fully assembled flights are pushed into the cold room to await pickup. The worker marks the flight complete on the SACS tablet or a board in the final assembly area.

Environmental Requirements: Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty pounds(50) pounds Must be able work at heights up to 25 feet or more depending upon aircraft Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hour
