Job Summary
The Web Developer and SEO specialist is the technical custodian of Noble Education Group’s digital infrastructure. This role is dedicated to achieving organic search dominance across all 8 company brands by implementing advanced technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies. The focus is on maintaining a high-performance digital ecosystem where websites are fast, secure, and perfectly indexed. By managing the group's technical health and digital reputation through reviews and authority building, this role ensures that Noble Education and its partners maintain a massive, high-authority organic footprint in the international education and immigration market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Full oversight of Technical, On-page, and Off-page SEO to ensure all 8 brands rank for high-intent industry keywords (e.g., "Study in Canada," "Malta Visa Pathways").
2. Technical Website Maintenance: Perform regular audits, security patches, and speed optimizations across 8 websites to ensure zero downtime and peak performance.
3. Digital Authority & Trust: Manage and grow the group’s presence on Google My Business and Trustpilot to build brand "Trust Authority" and local search visibility.
4. Site Architecture & UI: Design and implement specialized visual elements, icons, and site structures to improve the technical user experience and site navigation.
5. Global Indexing & Health: Monitor Google Search Console and other diagnostic tools daily to identify and resolve indexing errors, broken links, or mobile responsiveness issues.
6. Content Deployment: Technically manage the upload and structuring of new intake dates, program changes, and institutional updates provided by the marketing team to ensure they are search-optimized.
Qualifications
· Experience: Experience in Web Development, SEO, or a related technical field.
· SEO Mastery: Deep expertise in SEO diagnostic tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz) and Google Search Console for tracking organic keyword movement.
· Web Development: Strong proficiency in WordPress, Moodle, and a functional command of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for technical site modifications and speed optimization.
· Analytics: Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track technical user behavior and organic traffic trends.
· Reputation Management: Experience in managing digital reviews and local SEO listings at scale for multiple brand identities.
· Performance Optimization: Proven ability to improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) to meet Google’s technical ranking standards.
