Job description
Shape the future of customer experience for Dentally and Dentrix in Canada. This leadership position involves end-to-end strategy across onboarding, conversion, and training initiatives.

In the role of Head of Customer Experience, you will oversee various teams to guarantee a smooth customer transition and engagement process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harness the voice of the customer, ensuring it informs product and service enhancements. Build effective operating rhythms and drive key metrics around customer success and retention.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead customer experience strategy from onboarding to advocacy • Foster collaboration among onboarding, conversion, and training groups • Manage customer health and adoption metrics • Deliver impactful training programs to optimize product use • Analyze and report on performance metrics for continuous improvement

Requirements: • 8–12+ years in Customer Experience leadership • Experience in SaaS or technology sectors • Proven ability to improve customer lifecycle performance • Strong leadership and project management skills • Analytical skills for data-driven decision making
