Job description
Lead the Red Apple Stores team in La Ronge, Saskatchewan, as a Store Manager. Focus on sales, customer service, and overall store performance to drive success.

Red Apple Stores is seeking a Store Manager for their La Ronge location. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of store management, ensuring profitability and exceptional customer service. This position demands strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage a team effectively and maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Drive sales and profitability while controlling expenses • Ensure top-notch customer service standards are maintained • Oversee merchandise presentation and store organization • Recruit and train a team of Associates and Keyholders • Follow loss prevention policies and manage inventory control

Requirements: • 1-2 years of retail management experience • Grade 12 education or equivalent certification • Proficiency in POS systems • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
