Job description
Elevate your career with CIBC as a Risk Analytics Consultant, leveraging your capital markets expertise and analytical skills for impactful client solutions. Join a team dedicated to client-first strategies in a supportive environment.

CIBC is seeking an experienced professional with solid knowledge of capital markets and familiarity with OTC derivatives and fixed income products. You will utilize your analytical prowess, including SQL and VBA skills, to provide meaningful insights into counterparty credit risk management. Your detail-oriented approach will help inform critical decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities: • Analyze data using SQL and VBA to inform decisions • Provide trading floor support with relevant market knowledge • Identify and evaluate counterparty credit risk factors • Communicate complex analyses clearly and effectively • Engage clients to deliver tailored risk management solutions

Requirements: • Proven experience in capital markets • Strong knowledge of risk management terminology • CFA and/or FRM designation preferred • Ability to investigate and solve complex problems • Familiarity with database management and trading support
