Job description
Lead AI adoption as the Director of AI Business Strategy at Canada Life. This full-time, permanent role focuses on translating business needs into actionable AI solutions that drive measurable value. In this strategic position, you will partner with Canada Operations and Functional leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities. Your expertise in AI capabilities will enable you to shape business cases that clarify problems, expected benefits, and risks. You'll work closely with technology teams to develop clear use cases that align with enterprise capabilities and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: • Identify AI opportunities to enhance outcomes and efficiency • Develop and prioritize AI business cases with business leaders • Translate business needs into actionable AI use cases • Build AI literacy across leadership through insights sharing • Champion responsible AI practices and compliance standards Requirements: • Deep understanding of AI in regulated environments • Proven ability to bridge strategy and technology • Strong leadership and partnership skills • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills • Passion for innovation and continuous learning Elevate AI integration at Canada Life while driving business success through technology partnerships. #J-18808-Ljbffr
