Finance Business Partner

In this role, you'll work closely with senior leaders across Operations, HR, and Finance to provide guidance, analysis, and strategies that strengthen profitability, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance. You'll be at the center of decision-making, helping leaders translate financial performance into sustainable growth.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER

As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide regional leadership teams with trusted financial insight and actionable recommendations. You'll oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while guiding leaders on cost control, revenue trends, and margin improvement. You'll monitor key metrics, analyze variances, and identify opportunities that improve financial performance and operational efficiency. Collaboration is key as you work with Operations, HR, and Health & Safety to ensure financial alignment and compliance across the region. Through your analytical expertise, communication skills, and business acumen, you will help drive informed decisions and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• CPA designation
• Five years of experience partnering with corporate and operational teams, providing active guidance and support
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes
• Advanced working knowledge of accounting systems, with NetSuite and Great Plains experience preferred
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into practical business actions
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas

This is a current vacancy with a salary range of $100,000 to $115,000, plus incentive compensation based on experience. This position is remote, with periodic travel to branch locations
