We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our presence across Greater Vancouver, focused on accounting, finance, and administrative markets. This is a high-impact role driving new business while partnering closely with recruitment teams to leverage leads and deliver talent solutions.
**$70,000 - $75,000 base + commission + bonus**
Realistic OTE: $120,000–$150,000+
Work within an established team with strong tenure and low turnover.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and close new business in the Greater Vancouver market
* Build and manage a strong pipeline
* Partner with recruiters on leads and talent delivery
* Reconnect with and build on previously established client relationships
* Meet and exceed revenue targets
Successful Candidate:
* 2-5+ years in B2B sales, staffing or professional services preferred* Strong understanding of the accounting, finance, or administrative hiring landscape is an asset
* Proven ability to generate new business
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-driven, collaborative, and results-focused
