Role Description:
Project Administration Services:
Manitoba views Project Administration as the organized coordination and delivery of administrative services that support the effective operation of the Project Management Office. Through the application of appropriate administrative practices, the Project Administrator ensures accurate documentation, efficient office processes, and timely communication across stakeholder groups. The Project Administrator is expected to work efficiently within Manitoba’s standard administrative processes to support smooth office operations, accurate documentation, and effective communication across the Project Management Office.
Other responsibilities of a Project Administrator are but not limited to following Administrative Support and Coordination:
The Services provided to the Chief Justices and the Chief Judge are separate from any Services the resource will provide Manitoba. The resource will be required to understand and acknowledges the separation of powers between the executive and judicial branches of government. The resource also understands and acknowledges the principles of judicial and administrative independence and the confidentiality that is attached to the Services to be provided to the Chief Justices and the Chief Judge. The resource must agree not to share with Manitoba any Judicial Information, as defined in the Canadian Judicial Council (CJC) Model Definition of Judicial Information, dated September 2020, without the prior express consent in writing of the Chief Justices and Chief Judge.
