Job description
BPM seeks a Tax Director specializing in Estate and Trust services. This role emphasizes tax compliance and innovative planning for clients, offering a chance to lead projects effectively.

As a Tax Director in our Trust & Estate group, you will provide expert tax consulting services. You'll manage compliance, conduct extensive tax research, and supervise talented staff to deliver timely services. Your leadership will be instrumental in helping clients achieve their estate planning goals while efficiently managing their tax obligations.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver tax compliance and consulting for Estate, Gift, and Trust clients • Oversee and execute complex tax research projects • Supervise tax staff to ensure timely service delivery • Develop innovative solutions to minimize clients' tax liabilities • Establish strong relationships with estate attorneys and advisors

Requirements: • Licensed CPA and/or attorney required • 15+ years’ experience in tax and estate planning • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax programs
