Job description
Elevate customer satisfaction with Permacon as a Customer Experience Manager. Lead a dedicated team and enhance service delivery across Ontario's Southwestern region.

At Permacon, based in Milton, you will manage a team of Customer Experience Coordinators and various support staff to ensure top-tier customer service. This managerial role emphasizes order logistics, inventory control, and effective communication with sales and production teams. You will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing team members to meet company standards and expectations.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee a Customer Experience team of around 10 members • Develop and implement customer-focused sales policies • Manage team training and performance appraisals • Foster relationships with sales and production departments • Solve problems quickly and efficiently for customer satisfaction

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in Customer Service and 3 in supervision • College diploma in business or related field • Strong leadership and analytical skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent communication in English
