Job description
Join BDC as a Director of Business Restructuring to influence financial stability. In this hybrid role, leverage your extensive experience in loan management and client relations.

Your main focus will be on refining the loan portfolio quality while fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders. With a solid background in finance and over a decade of relevant experience, you’ll play a pivotal role in mitigating risks and improving profitability. Your ability to quickly identify key issues will be essential in collaborating with teams to forge effective restructuring solutions.

Key Responsibilities: • Improve relationships within professional networks and suppliers • Analyze risks and recommend actions for restructuring accounts • Collaborate with local teams to manage operational challenges • Authorize loans and disbursements within guidelines • Monitor problem accounts needing early intervention

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration • Minimum 10 years in finance or business financing • CPA, MBA, or CIRP designation is an asset • Strong negotiation and judgment skills • Attention to detail and team-oriented mindset
