who we are

lululemon is an innovative performance apparel company for yoga, running, training, and other athletic pursuits. Setting the bar in technical fabrics and functional design, we create transformational products and experiences that support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well. We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.

about this team

The Women's Athletic Design team creates Golf, Tennis, Yoga, Run and Train activewear. Working in close partnership with Development, Technical Design, Materials, and Merchandising, we translate creative intent into beautifully executed product. This highly collaborative process connects concept to construction, ensuring each piece reflects lululemon's design DNA while advancing the aesthetic through elevated fabrication, precise fit, and modern detailing.

  • Curate sophisticated colour and graphic narratives that align with seasonal creative direction, cultural insight, and lululemon's evolving design language.
  • Ensure every product embodies lululemon's aesthetic codes, premium workmanship, and challenges while protecting creative integrity and product quality.
  • Mentor and inspire design assistants and junior designers, cultivating design excellence, technical fluency, and a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and creative rigor.
  • Continuously research global fashion trends, cultural movements, sustainability advancements, and the competitive landscape to inform design decisions and maintain category leadership.
  • Champion innovation in fabrication, sustainable materials, draping techniques, and modern construction solutions that elevate both form and function.
