Job description
As a Technical Account Manager at Camunda, provide high-level strategic guidance to enterprise customers on the East Coast. This role focuses on successful product integration and fostering client relationships to drive business success.

In your role as Technical Account Manager, you will partner with key customers to ensure effective product adoption, delivering personalized technical support and guidance. Collaborate with fellow TAMs to create tailored adoption plans that lead to measurable outcomes. Your work will involve on-site meetings and collaboration across multiple teams at Camunda, ensuring that all customer needs are met.

Key Responsibilities: • Guide large enterprise customers through the adoption journey • Conduct technical deep dives into platform architecture • Build adoption plans that maximize business outcomes • Deliver hands-on technical guidance to stakeholders • Facilitate risk management and customer advocacy

Requirements: • 3+ years as a Solution Architect or Technical Account Manager • Experience with large distributed systems • Proficient in Kubernetes and high-level programming languages • Background in large-scale cloud deployments • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
