Aritzia is growing and our Technical Development team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering on the Creative Design vision and Aritzia's customer expectations through the fit, construction and quality of our product. As the Fit Model, you will understand Design's aesthetic intent and represent the Aritzia customer's sample size, shape, and appearance. Responsibilities
Ensure that our product has a consistent and world‑class fit Provide insightful feedback on garment fit and comfort Qualifications
Measurements: Standard Size 6 – Bust 35"; Waist 27"; Hips 37"–39"; Height 5'2'', 5'5'', or 5'8'' Posture: Excellent posture Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 1 hour) Schedule: Availability for shifts Mondays through Fridays between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Hours: Availability up to 40 hours per week Compensation
Hourly rate: $20–$40 per hour, with potential for base, bonus and/or equity. Total compensation may be greater than this range. Benefits
