Job description
Elevate sales performance at Konica Minolta as a Senior Sales Leader, driving strategies for profitability and customer retention. A hands-on approach engages both teams and clients.

In this Director of Sales role, you will lead branch operations with full P&L ownership, focusing on effective sales execution and team development. Approximately 50% of your work will engage with customers and prospects, supporting complex deals and coaching your sales teams. You will also analyze financial outcomes to inform strategic business decisions and set clear performance expectations across your team.

Key Responsibilities: • Drive growth by meeting sales and budget targets • Lead the execution of corporate sales strategies • Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction yearly • Conduct performance coaching and development meetings • Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies

Requirements: • Minimum 7 years in B2B sales, with leadership experience • Demonstrated P&L management success • Advanced Salesforce CRM proficiency • Strong analytical and strategic skills • Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities
