Job description
Oversee regional sales initiatives as a Sales Director focused on the fuel industry. Drive customer satisfaction and profitability while coaching a high-performing sales team for success. Your role will entail managing the sales operations within Commercial and Industrial sectors, defining and executing strategies for performance enhancement. You'll ensure team alignment with company goals and contribute directly to revenue growth through mentorship and effective management of P&L. Success in this position will be reflected in volume and profitability metrics. Key Responsibilities: • Develop strategic goals and objectives for the sales team • Mentor and guide staff in achieving business growth • Collaborate with product line managers for execution • Manage departmental P&L and budget for profitability • Drive accountability and continuous improvement in service Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred • Ten years in petroleum product sales • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Strong financial and analytical skills • Capable of leading and training diverse teams Foster an empowered sales culture that prioritizes profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across all levels. #J-18808-Ljbffr
