SOMMAIRE GÉNÉRAL
• Assiste le supérieur immédiat dans l’exécution du travail quotidien.
TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
• Effectue les tâches liées à la gestion de la paie, aux dossiers relatifs au personnel;
• Effectue les tâches de réclamation des taxes découlant des divers rôles de perception;
• Procède à la mise à jour du rôle d’évaluation et des opérations en découlant;
• Fait le suivi des dossiers de la trésorerie;
• Classe la correspondance liée à ce type d’activités;
• Effectue les tâches de gestion des immobilisations, des comptes à recevoir;
• Accomplit, à la demande de son supérieur immédiat, toute autre tâche connexe à sa fonction.
EXIGENCES
• D.E.P. en secrétariat, commis-comptable ou l’équivalent.
CONDITIONS SALARIALES
Rémunération et avantages concurrentiels, selon la convention collective en vigueur.
DATE D’ENTRÉE EN FONCTION : Dès que possible.
