Relocation Assistance:

Position Summary:
Provides specialized care to patients recovering from cardiac procedures, surgeries, or events like heart attacks. They manage patients who are transitioning from more critical care settings like the ICU to a less intensive environment, ensuring their stabilization and preparation for discharge or further treatment.
