Job description
Shape community wellness as a Traditional Health Program Manager. Ensure operational success while integrating traditional healing with modern health initiatives that honor Anishinaabek culture.

This role focuses on delivering effective Traditional Wellness programs through administrative oversight and strategic leadership. You will support collaboration among Traditional Healers and health service providers to ensure a respectful and seamless integration of Anishinaabek teachings into wellness practices. Your contributions will significantly enhance the well-being of individuals and communities served by the health center.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide leadership for Traditional Wellness initiatives • Supervise staff and coordinate program services • Ensure incorporation of cultural practices in care delivery • Develop and evaluate wellness program processes • Foster relationships with community partners

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in health administration or Indigenous studies • Leadership experience in community or health settings • Knowledge of Anishinaabek cultural practices • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Clear Vulnerable Sector Check mandatory
