Job description
Join Baker Hughes as a District Manager in downstream chemicals, ensuring effective service delivery and managing customer engagements. Focus on operational excellence and strong financial performance.

This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of experience in the chemicals sector. You will collaborate with sales and communications teams while ensuring flawless execution of contracts within assigned areas. Your leadership will guide teams toward career development while managing both service delivery and sales across your customer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure adherence to cultural and operational standards • Collaborate with sales teams to forecast activities • Assign resources and develop quality plans consistently • Oversee budget management for Downstream P/L • Develop the team's competencies and future career paths

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • Minimum 5 years in chemicals industry experience • Willing to travel to customer sites (50%) • Proven technical sales and customer relations success • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel
