Job description
Join Mathers Brookside as a Store Manager, where you will lead a dynamic team, optimize sales, and enhance customer experiences. Your hands-on approach and leadership will shape a standout store environment.

In this leadership role, you will motivate and inspire your team to achieve sales goals and maintain high operational standards. You will oversee store presentation, manage wage performance, and cultivate a culture of trust and pride in retail. Creating memorable experiences for customers will be a daily mission.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop a results-driven sales team • Ensure high standards for store presentation and stock flow • Manage staffing rosters and wage performance accurately • Foster a collaborative team culture within the store • Create exceptional customer experiences daily
