Senior Agent, Accounts Payables

. This job is full-time

. Overview:

Reporting to the Supervisor, Accounts Payable, your role will consist in ensuring the optimal administration of Accounts Payable. Your challenges: Enter invoices in the various Domtar payable systems Assist the Supervisor, Accounts payables in the reconciliation of accounts payables. Mail and execute the weekly check run to all mills and internal customers. Investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies. Communicate with locations, vendors, and managers to maintain the information files updated. Advise Supervisor on possible improvements on assigned tasks. You must successfully complete a selection process that includes interviews, aptitude tests (for some positions) and reference verification. Your skills: You have the capacity to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You are a proactive team member. You possess strong analytical skills. You demonstrate excellent interpersonal capacities. Your profile: Bilingual French and English (Required for all Corporate Positions)*. You hold a college degree in accounting or have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in accounts payables processing in an SAP environment. You have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position. You master the functionalities of the Microsoft Excel application. You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
