Job description
Manage and optimize critical IT infrastructure as a Senior Systems Administrator. Ensure operational efficiency and security across diverse technology systems in a full-time role.

This position involves comprehensive oversight of server and network environments, as well as leading strategic planning and implementation for enterprise systems. Effective communication skills are vital to collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support smooth IT operations. You will also provide mentoring to IT staff to enhance team capacity.

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain high-availability and cybersecurity measures • Document and standardize IT systems and processes • Monitor and optimize network and server performance • Lead technology refresh initiatives and projects • Support user account management and training

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in IT roles with senior responsibilities • Experience managing Windows and Linux servers • Strong knowledge of networking and virtualization technologies • Relevant IT certifications are an advantage • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
