Job description
Lead as a Strategic Technical Account Manager in the Canadian market, driving success through effective client engagement in a hybrid workspace. Foster strong relationships while applying your technical expertise.

You’ll play a pivotal role in launching Engine's services in Canada, working closely with top-tier financial institutions. Your strategic initiatives will empower clients and enhance platform value, adhering to local regulations and client needs. This is a key position for establishing a reputable footprint in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities: • Craft client-specific technical success strategies • Adapt global framework for Canadian financial institutions • Drive tailored success initiatives for platform adoption • Handle Major Incident resolution with urgency • Gather client insights for product development

Requirements: • 5+ years in Technical Account Management or related areas • Proven success with enterprise-grade client management • Insight into Canadian financial regulations preferred • Solid understanding of SaaS and APIs • Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
