Description & Requirements

who we are

lululemon is an innovative performance apparel company for yoga, running, training, and other athletic pursuits. Setting the bar in technical fabrics and functional design, we create transformational products and experiences that support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well. We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.

about this team

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Risk + Asset Protection Officer, this role is responsible for shaping and delivering lululemon's global workplace and corporate facilities strategy across our SSC locations. As a people-first leader, this role will build and lead a high-performing team with care, clarity, and a drive for excellence, while creating inspiring workplace environments that reflect our brand and enable productivity, collaboration, and growth.

This leader will bring a forward-looking lens to space planning-anticipating future workforce needs, evolving ways of working, and business growth-to ensure our environments scale thoughtfully and effectively over time.

core responsibilities
  • Define and lead the global workplace and corporate facilities strategy for SSC locations, including real estate, design, construction, and workplace experience
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team with a strong focus on engagement, accountability, and excellence
  • Own enterprise space planning strategy-proactively assessing headcount growth, utilization trends, and future ways of working to inform short- and long-term space needs
  • Partner cross-functionally (Finance, P&C, Real Estate, and senior leadership) to align workplace strategy with business priorities and growth plans
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders-translating complex workplace and space strategies into clear, actionable insights
  • Ensure lululemon workplaces bring our brand and values to life in an inspiring, functional, and scalable way
  • Drive operational excellence across facilities, ensuring high-quality delivery, efficiency, and continuous improvement
  • Lead external partners (designers, contractors, vendors) to deliver best-in-class outcomes across projects and ongoing operations

a day in the life
  • Set the vision and direction for lululemon's evolving workplace experience across global corporate offices
  • Lead, coach, and support your team-creating clarity, removing barriers, and fostering a culture of high performance and care
  • Translate business growth plans into forward-looking space strategies and actionable roadmaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to understand needs, influence decisions, and align on priorities
  • Oversee delivery of key projects (new builds, renovations, site improvements) ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget alignment
  • Use data and insights (space utilization, employee experience, growth trends) to inform decisions and continuously improve
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with senior leadership on plans, progress, risks, and opportunities

qualifications
  • 10-15+ years of experience in corporate facilities, real estate, construction, or workplace strategy leadership roles
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams with a people-first leadership approach
  • Deep experience in strategic space planning, workplace design, and portfolio management
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level
  • Experience leading large-scale, complex projects and change initiatives across multiple locations
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect workplace strategy to broader organizational goals
  • A proactive, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and translate ambiguity into action

must haves
  • Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.
  • Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.
  • Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.
  • Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.
  • Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn't take yourself too seriously.
