Job description
Advance operational excellence as a Senior Strategy Manager in CSE Operations. Champion strategic initiatives, drive team engagement, and elevate customer experience through effective collaboration.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with CSE Operations leadership, aligning short and long-term strategic objectives. You will facilitate discussions, address risks, and support critical team engagements to enhance service delivery. Your strategic insights will empower the organization to navigate challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead impactful strategic initiatives and risk management • Partner with leadership to create comprehensive strategies • Manage cross-functional collaboration for enhancing operations • Support communication strategies for team alignment • Analyze engagement data for actionable insights

Requirements: • Expert project management skills in complex settings • Proven ability to navigate high-level strategic planning • Strong storytelling and communication abilities • Well-versed in critical analysis and decision-making • Experience in customer experience or related fields
